How old do you have to be to work at Five Guys?
Age restrictions are based on the state regulations. Within most locations you have to be at least 16 years of age. However, some states require you be 18. Please contact the store you are interested in applying to confirm their age requirements.
How do I apply for a position at Five Guys?
Currently, the best way to apply to work at a store location is to contact the local branch in person.

What's the difference between your regular burgers and your little burgers?
The difference between our regular burgers and our little burgers is the size. Our regular burgers come with two patties and our little burgers come with a single patty.
What is a 'kosher style' hot dog? Is your beef kosher?
We use Hebrew National hotdogs which are kosher. However, we've received feedback in the past from customers who said that although the hotdogs we use are kosher, the way we cook them and serve them is not. As a result, we didn't want to be misleading since we use buns that contain dairy and in most cases the dogs are cooked on the same grill as our burgers, therefore we decided to call them "kosher style". Our beef is not kosher.
Where can I buy your peanuts?
You can order our peanuts from www.sachspeanuts.com and they are often found in grocery stores as well.

Is your company public or private?
Five Guys is a privately owned company and we do not currently have plans to go public. However, we get these questions a lot and we take it as a compliment, thank you!
Does Five Guys offer coupons or discounts?
Currently, Five Guys does not offer coupons, promotions or discounting. This is so that we serve a consistent product each time. We want to serve a high quality product, to everyone, everytime.
Where are the prices at Five Guys?
Five Guys prices vary by location, please contact the store directly for their prices. You can also access individual store prices by using our Online Ordering feature, you can see the cost as you build your order.
Does Five Guys cater? Does Five Guys cater onsite?
Currently, Five Guys does not cater as our food does not hold up well under those conditions. For the best Five Guys experience, our food should be eaten fresh. Although, Five Guys does not cater, we can accommodate large orders and ask that you reach out to your local Five Guys to see if they would be able to accommodate your request.
Does Five Guys deliver?
Five Guys does not deliver. Our food does not hold under those circumstances and is best served fresh.
Why doesn't Five Guys have drive-thrus?
Five Guys does not offer drive-thru services. We do not offer this service because our food is prepared fresh to order and can have a slight wait time. Operating our establishments with a drive-thru would cause an inconvenience to our much appreciated guest!
I would like to know how to get a donation/sponsorship from Five Guys.
We like to give our individual owners and stores the opportunity to be involved in their local community. We leave to the discretion of the individual store owners to set their policy for donations, fundraising, and sponsorships. Please reach out to your local Five Guys to see if they would like to participate. The best way to do this is by mailing or faxing a request with letter head to the store closet to your foundation or event.
Do you have a birthday club or frequent guest card?
Currently, Five Guys does not offer coupons, promotions or discounting. This is so that we serve a consistent product each time. We don't want to cut cost or cut out on quality to bring value, we consistently want to serve a high quality product that you will enjoy.
When is a store opening in my area?
Unfortunately, we can rarely predict the exact date that a store will open until just a few days prior to opening, but we will do our best to open our stores as fast as possible. Five Guys is growing rapidly across the country, and we do our best to list stores that are opening within the next few months on our website. Using our Store Locator, you can enter your zip code and adjust the surrounding radius to up to 200 miles! We also update our Facebook and Twitter pages to annouce when stores are open!
What are the operating hours?
Generally our stores are open from 11am-10pm. These times can vary if the location is within a mall or airport. You can also use our store locator to find the hours. Enter your store search, then scroll over the location and check out the store hours inside the information bubble that appears.
